Description
You're free to explore a vast lower-class city with total freedom. There is no strict story line. Just pick up your Glock, jack a car, then go on a mindless killing spree and violently kill 2D sprites. Live out your dream of dealing drugs and murdering people! Err, that's a normal fantasy right?
